Yahoo! News – Guard Testifies He Saw Jackson Sex Acts

This is a good example of something I have pondered about the Michael Jackson case: These employees claim to have seen Jackson doing inappropiate things with children….why did they not speak out at the time it happened?

I understand non-disclosure agreements, threats of lawsuits and so on, but when a child is endangered, wouldn’t your basic human nature kick in and say “DO SOMETHING!”?

In the end, I think that question is really going to damage the credability of some of these so called “witnesses”.

And let me state, I have no clue if the man is guilty or not, but I certainly wonder about these folks testifying.
