I really didn’t give it a second thought as 9/11 approached this year. The first anniversary bothered me, but not really the second and third. I imagine it was the fact that Hurricane Katrina happened so close to the date though, that brought it all home again. Add in the July 7th and July 21st London bombings, and it just seems like the bad news just keeps pouring in. It would be nice to get some good news someday….
