Rescue Dogs

Written by Sean P Aune  |  under General

Not much to say today. Life without Beau has sucked. Not seeing his big eyes when you walk in the door from work has been rough, and not hearing him walking through the hall each night has been rough. We’ve already been looking in to 1 – 2 dogs, and we’ve decided to go the rescue group route. We have our eye on one little guy already and now we are just prepping the house for the home visit to make sure we are good folks. So lots of cleaning tonight, setting up a fence and so on. Wish us luck!

I’m sorry to hear you lost a family member. We lost our Otis over Thanksgiving last year, just before hubby left for the middle east. I understand the loss. Bubba, our other dog, helps fill the void. We are going to get a new puppy when hubby gets back. Good luck! I know you’ll give one of God’s animals a great home.

Best Wishes to ya’ll and your new little addition! Ah, you and your folks will pass with flying colors! Rescue animals are amazingly forgiving and relentless in sharing their love with anyone who will just love them! Remember, everything worth learning in life, an be achieved by watching a dog!
