I really think the penalty kick shoot-out would have gone in France’s favor if he hadn’t chosen to head-butt Italian defender Materazzi during the second overtime. It was bad sportsmanship, a poor choice and a heck of a way to end a legendary career.

Oh well, Italy took the cup, even if they are dirty cheats.
