		<description>It was spot on for me as well. It came out as &quot;Midland&quot; (not be confused with &quot;Midwest&quot; which is a whole other kettle of fish) and that was just right for someone who grew up near Pittsburgh.</description>

		<description>The questionnaire is very flawed. Until late in the quiz, I had no idea that vowel length was critical, after a few questions where in retrospect I think it was. Some of the questions required more detail, and furthermore, many of the distinctions were not ones that could easily be made, in particular by the people who are saying them.

It&#039;s as if someone took some pronunciation keys without really understanding them well, had no experience in testing in real life, and then did a poor job making the test.

I really don&#039;t think that I have a Maine accent...</description>
