Saw a fascinating new gadget over on Engadget today.

I am not familiar with this company before, but the Chargepod sounds interesting to me. The core unit is $49.95 and then you purchase the separate cables for your devices for $9.95 each, so if you used all six slots, you would be looking at $110. For now, a little rich for my blood, but I love the concept, especially for my business trips. It would take up a lot less space in my computer case than all the chargers I carry now.

I’ve seen similiar devices cheaper, but the concept is the same. At least 3 of those items we have in the house, wait — make that 4 ack, and then add my bluetooth speaker in the truck that is charged in there. Geez.
