I also experienced such a similar work-related frustration yesterday which I stewed about for 2 hours and ended up in a black mood hating everyone on the planet for existing. I know how you feel. This sort of crap occurring day-in and day-out at my former job (someone being stupid and causing me heartache or stress) contributed to my health degradation through the years which resulted in my quitting. It's very wearing but ultimately, I think it's a failure on my part not to adjust and dismiss it as too unimportant to get worked up about.
