Well that’s some new weather

Can’t say I’ve ever seen this warming before.
I had to go look up that it means conditions are favorable, but it still surprises me seeing as we have standing water still from our last rain, so I’m not quite sure why they issued this. Hopefully nothing will come to pass, but that certainly was odd to see it pop up on my screen earlier.
