Jo - I've been guilty of that myself at times, especially when I'm writing, sometimes it just makes it easier to spot mistakes, but it is kind of an assy thing of me to do, I know.

We are supposedly paperless, or going that way, at work too. But until we get rid of the dead wood in the office that can't function without a 156 page document printed out so they can "reveiw" it, it will never happen. We scan everything, but some people can hardly sign on in the morning and we're asking them to open a document in Adobe and ready it on the computer?
