		<description>By this definition, my husband (who has over 2000 physical discs stored in the closet) is a pirate for ripping his discs so they can be played on his iPod. 

This will never fly, but it&#039;s clearly an attempt to re-write fair use laws so they can prosecute more freely. They&#039;re trying to re-define use so that people who store MP3s of their music on their computer or MP3 player can be considered potential pirates even if they have no file sharing software installed.

You&#039;d think MP3 and computer manufacturers would perk up their ears at this if it had any validity because it&#039;d mean their business would be seriously affected. Clearly, they know what a crock this is.</description>
