		<description>Jo - The Washington Post article left that out, but some reports are saying that he DID indeed put the music into a sharing folder, and that&#039;s how they got him.  When they learned he got the music from his own CDs, that&#039;s when they decided to make a go at this being a whole new portion of the lawsuit.  It&#039;s obviously a test case for this particular aspect of their suit, but still a highly scare one.

Oh now, you better tell your co-workers how they&#039;re breaking the law!  Those dirty... er... yeah, even I can&#039;t make a joke here it is just so incredibly stupid.</description>

		<description>Think of all the Apple products given as gifts this year and how many people signed up for iTunes subsequently and then imported all their CDs to put on said Apple product.  I know 5 people alone in my office that received or gave an iPod for Christmas.  These people are idiots and I hope the judge throws them and their skany lawyers out the door physically. 

BTW, how did they pick this poor sap to sue and know how much he has imported to his iPod or iTunes?</description>
