		<description>People mess up my first name all the time, so that&#039;s why I go by Jo.  When I had a customer service person say, &quot;Whatever&quot; to me when I corrected her way of saying my full first name, I told it was my name and important and not something to blow off, &quot;let me speak to your supervisor.&quot;  I too use my middle initial to sign everything.  Its my name and I&#039;m sticking to it.</description>
