People like Malkin, Coulter, Limbaugh, and O'Reilly are just so over-the-top batsh*t crazy that it is really, really hard not to openly mock them even though you really, really want to. This story teetered between being an excellent example of the right-wing's unhinged moonbattiness, and simply yet another example of the yammerheads clamoring for attention.
