Its funny how people automatically it was the girls fault, because she bit his tounge. Have you ever thought that maybe it was his fault. Maybe he wanted something that she didnt want to do or maybe he was being violent with her to begin with and maybe she tried to defend herself and he would get off her so she bit his tounge. for a man to beat a woman it is wrong. I'm not surprised charges weren't filed. Prosecutors only file on maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of the total cases that cross their desks. And this? They were both being charged with battery/assault… I imagine they worked something out like – I won't press charges if you don't send me to jail as well. I mean, they could have thrown on more charges with solicitation and prostitution, but then the have a burden of proof and it gets messy. Not only that, but you need a cooperating victim to prosecute and my guess is that they just didn't have it.
