I'm not surprised charges weren't filed. Prosecutors only file on maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of the total cases that cross their desks. And this? They were both being charged with battery/assault… I imagine they worked something out like – I won't press charges if you don't send me to jail as well. I mean, they could have thrown on more charges with solicitation and prostitution, but then the have a burden of proof and it gets messy. Not only that, but you need a cooperating victim to prosecute and my guess is that they just didn't have it.

I about flipped when I saw one of his commericals the other money for the Slap Chop .. hubby was chuckling about not having to worry about his .. ahum parts being chopped, that was handled by Sandra. Yes, sick humor runs amoke in this house early in the am before coffee or Mountain Dews are consumed.
