After hearing about what had recently happened, I'm glad I gave up my Sidekick service back in April. This isn't the first time Danger/T-mobile/Sidekick had this kind of outage. Back in 2005, Danger's servers went down for a week, but they didn't lose the data. Currently, my friends who are Sidekick users still aren't getting any concrete information from T-mobile about what is going on and what kind of compensation they are getting.
