Student Sues Teacher And School District Over Sexual Affair
Sarah L. Tolzien, a former English teacher and cross country coach at Rich South High School in Richton Park, IL, has been sued over the affair she had with a then 16-year-old student.
This is a new twist to the teacher student sex scandals. Last March I brought you the story of Sarah L. Tolzien who had been accused of having sex twice in Nov. 2008 while she was an English teach and cross country coach. The accusation was that she had twice given a member of the boy’s cross country team a ride home and reportedly had sex with him. At the time Ms. Tolzien was 24-years-old, and the student was 16. In Dec. 2008 Ms. Tolzien resigned from the school district after being put on administrative leave.
The Chicago Sun-Times is now reporting that on Tuesday the boy filed suit as “John Doe” in the Cook County Circuit, seeking at least $50,000 from the Rich Township High School District 227 and former teacher Ms. Tolzien. The damages are being sought for “intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.”
Neither Ms. Tolzien or the school district have chosen to comment on the lawsuit.
This is the first I have ever heard of such an occurrence in one of these cases, but if he’s successful, I highly doubt it will be the last time.

A 16 year old teenager who had sex with his very young pretty 24 year old teacher two times is now sueing and crying i was raped. I bet you that Sarah in truth just made two bad mistakes and had sex with an under age student. But for the boy to cry rape i say give me a fucking brake – the teenage boy had sex with this young women two times if it was rape then why did he have sex with her a 2nd time – rape my ass. I bet you the sex between the two was consenting and i bet you the boy in deep truth is not tramitized. The only reason why the 16 year boy is now saying he was tramitized by the pretty young 24 year old teacher is because he wants that 50 thousand dollers. I will say i was tramitized also if you give me 50 or a 100 thousand dollers think about it. Most 16 or 17 year olds are strong and know what their doing i really do not think a 24 year old female can rape a 16 or 17 year old because most guys ages 16 or 17 are pretty strong and know what they are doing and 16 is not that far from 18. Say you are tramitized and raped and you may get a 100 thousand dollers its worth the money – LOLLOLLOL

A teenage boy who is 16 years old and a young pretty 24 year old female teacher had sex together. I bet you that kid loved ever minute of that sex and i also bet you that the sex between the two was consensual. The kid is now saying he was tramitized by the sex with the young 24 year old teacher and the kid is also sueing this teacher and the school for 50 thousand dollers. I guess this rotten lieing piece of shit teenage boy just wants a 100 thousand dollers – 50 thousand from the teacher – and another 50 thousand from the school. This teenage boy is not tramitized this teenage boy just wants a 100 thousand dollers. Hear is how i see it this 16 year old boy had sex with his 24 year old female teacher twice and i bet you in truth it was consensual sex not assault the assault part i bet you is a big lie. So after this kid has sex with his teacher he now say's he was tramitized very badly by it and seeks counseling all for an agenda. What is this agenda – the agenda of this kid is to get 50 – 100 thousand dollers from his poor teacher so he can have a very nice college tuition. He sleeped with his teacher and he knows he can get a nice 50 thousand doller college tuition out of it – think about it.
