Sarah L. Tolzien Sentenced
Sarah L. Tolzien has finally received her sentence in the case of her having sex with a then 16-year-old student.
It was revealed last March that Sarah L. Tolzien had had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy she was coaching on Rich South High School cross-country team in Richton Park, IL. The relationship had been ongoing since Oct. 2008, with at least two occurrences of sexual intercourse occurring on Nov. 14th and 17th of that year. The parents learned of the relationship in late Nov. and reported it to the police on Dec. 1st. Ms. Tolzien was suspended that month from her position as the coach and as a language arts teacher, and she resigned the day after her suspension.
In Jan. of this year, it was reported that the boy in the case had filed a $50,000 lawsuit against his former teacher, as well as the school.
On Friday, April 30th, Ms. Tolzien pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal sexual abuse in front of Circuit Judge Luciano Panici at the Cook County courthouse. Her original charges had been for felony criminal sexual assault assault. She was sentenced to 18-months of probation, and she must register as a sex offender for the next ten years. The 25-year-old also lost her teacher’s license and may not have any contact with the victim.
The lawsuit is still pending.

A 16 year old teenager who had sex with a very pretty young 24 year old teacher is now suing her – give me a freaking brake. The socalled damged for life victim just wants the 50 thousand dollers. This 16 year old boy got to sleep with a very pretty young 24 year old teacher twice and he is now claming that he was traumatized by it. If she raped him like he say's then why did he have sex with her 2 times that does not sound like rape to me. The kid enjoyed the sex he just wants 50 thousand dollers if you ask me.
