NEVERTHRONERS! To your #got bunkers! This is going to be a rough one!
The latest Tyler Perry movie has scored another win at the box office.

Tom Cruise’s Jack Reacher: Never Go Back came in second with $23M off of a $60M budget. That’s a nice uptick from the original’s $15.2M opening weekend back in 2012.
Blumhouse’s latest low-budget horror enterprise, Ouija, Origin of Evil, opened in third with $14M off of a$9M budget. (Read my interview of Jason Blum of Blumhouse for some insight into how their movies work!)
The Accountant landed in fourth place this week, slipping with first place with a respectable 43.2 percent drop. It took in $14M for a new domestic total of $47.9M off of a $44M budget.
Rounding out the top five was The Girl on the Train which slipped 40.6 percent in its second week to take in $7.27M for a new domestic total of $58.9M off of a $45M budget.
Next week’s only big release is Inferno, the latest Dan Brown film to star Tom Hanks.
