The box office is killing time as it awaits Fate of the Furious.
The Boss Baby commanded a second win at the box office taking the top spot with $26.3M, a 47.6 percent drop in its second weekend. Combined with the foreign haul it now sits at $156.98M globally off of a $125M budget.
Beauty and the Beast held on to second place with $25M for a new domestic total of $432.31M and sits at $977.41M globally off of a $160M budget.
Smurfs: The Lost Village opened in third place with $14M, and globally sits at $29.4M off of a $60M budget.
Fourth place went to the opening of Going in Style with $12.5M off of a $25M budget.
Ghost in the Shell fell to fifth place with a 60.6 percent decline to take in $7.35M for a domestic haul of $31.57M and global take of $124.37M off of a $110M budget.
This week will see Fate of the Furious is the only big opening this week.
