It feels like we’re entering a quiet time again.
First place went to Kingsman: The Golden Circle with a slight underperformance bringing in $39M. Globally it sits at $100.2M off of a $103M budget.
It came in second with $30M. Domestically it sits at $266.33M, and with its foreign haul of $211.7M for a global total of $478M off of a $35M budget.
Third place went to The LEGO Ninjago Movie with an opening weekend tally of $21.24M.
American Assassin landed in fourth with $6.25M for a new domestic total of $26.18M off of a $33M budget.
Rounding out the top five was Home Again with $3.31M and a new domestic total of $22.34M off of a $12M budget.
Major releases this week include American Made, Flatliners and Til Death Do Us Part.
