Disney dates six more MCU films

The Marvel Cinematic Universe isn’t going to slow down any time soon as Disney has locked down dates for six more films.

Disney made announcements on Thursday for numerous more films up through 2023 (yes… 2023), and with that came three more Marvel films per year for 2021 and 2022.

Here is how the schedule of unreleased films now plays out:

We know Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is coming some time in 2020, and my guess is that it is the May 1, 2020 film. Beyond that it’s a complete guessing game. Some of my thoughts are a Black Panther 2 is just about a lock for one of these dates. Captain Marvel 2 also feels like a safe bet. There has also been a ton of discussion of Black Widow finally getting her own movie, but even with that it only accounts for four of the nine slots. What else is coming?

Your guess is as good as mine. With Avengers 4 the majority of the old guard sees their contracts expire, so we’re going to be in line for a bunch of new characters.

Now I just want to know what I am already thinking about 2022 when I will be 51…
