T’Challa extends his reign at the box office with a massive third weekend.
Black Panther had a massive hold in its third weekend taking in $65.7M. Domestically it sits now at $501.1M and globally has hit $897.7M. This places it at the second highest domestic gross for the MCU and fifth on the worldwide list.
Second place went to Red Sparrow with $17M off of a $69M budget.
Death Wish opened in third place with $13M off of a $30M budget.
Fourth place went to Game Night with $10.71M for a new domestic total of $33.53M off of a $37M budget.
Peter Rabbit took fifth place with $10M for a new domestic total of $84M and a global total of $101.86M off of a $50M budget.
The major releases this week are Gringo, The Hurricane Heist, Strangers 2, and A Wrinkle in Time.
