@alyssa_d981 Been there. I promise it goes away with time.
Low budget horror seems to be a formula for box office success, especially when its well reviewed.
First place went to A Quiet Place with an extremely healthy $50M off of a $17M budget. With the reviews it’s been hitting it seems like it will continue to perform well.
Ready Player One took in $25.06M at the U.S. box office to land in second place. It now sits at $96.92M domestically and $391.32M globally.
Third place went to Blockers with $21.43M off of a $21M budget.
Black Panther landed in fourth place with $8.43M for a new domestic total of $665.35M and a new global total of $1.299B.
Fifth place went to I Can Only Imagine with $8.35M for a new total of $69.08M off of a $7M budget.
The major releases this week are Borg vs. McEnroe, Rampage, Truth or Dare, and Sgt. Stubby. Isle of Dogs will also see a national expansion.
