@alyssa_d981 Been there. I promise it goes away with time.
Solo: A Star Wars Story is inching closer to release, and now the marketing campaign is in full swing. Kicking it off? A new trailer that finally gets me at least somewhat interested.
Up until now I have been amazingly indifferent to Solo. The idea of someone else playing the iconic smuggler bothered me (and still does), but I’m starting to get intrigued by the things going on around him. Who is the other Wookie Chewbacca is touching foreheads with? What exactly is on that train? Why is Lando so well-known?
Color me interested in what is going on AROUND Han Solo here, still not so much in him.
I’ll say this, I like the look of Solo: A Star Wars Story. The overall feel of the film is very much like a Western, and that really is what Star Wars has been from day one. I’m also intrigued by the scoundrels surrounding Han, all of whom I’m sure will spawn a flood of comics and novels.
Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25, lets just cross our fingers it will be worth all of the hair pulling it has caused.
