RT @nerdytribe: Our year long project kicks off this Sunday. Here is your first clue as to what it’s about... https://t.co/WX4PWOiEA0
It has become a bit of a running joke that Tom Holland is horrible at keeping secrets. The actor currently embodying Peter Parker just doesn’t know when to stop talking sometimes, and now that’s being used to everyone’s advantage.
Holland filmed a short video backstage at a comic convention this weekend and revealed he now had the script for the sequel and couldn’t wait to read it.
Yeah, that’s the logo at the end. In case you can’t read it, it says, Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Clearly, this was intentional, but considering all of his flub ups of accidentally revealing things, this was actually kind of brilliant. Good on them for having a sense of humor about it.
Now, considering what happened to Spider-Man in Avengers: Infinity War, one has to wonder how this will work out.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will hit theaters on July 5, 2019.
