Jurassic World wins its second weekend

People still want to see dinosaurs, but it not in the way they did a few years ago.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom took in $60M in its second weekend, bringing its domestic total to $264.78M. Combined with what it has already done in the foreign markets, it stands at $932.38M globally off of a $170M budget.

Second place this week went to Incredibles 2 with $45.54M. It now sits at $646.82M in the U.S. and globally it has hit $485.07M.

Sicario: Day of the Soldado came in third in its premiere weekend with $19M off of a $35M budget.

Fourth place went to Uncle Drew with $15.5M.

Ocean’s 8 landed in fifth place with $8.03M. It now stands at $114.7M domestically and $209.7M globally off of a $70M budget.

This week will see the release of The First Purge and Ant-Man and the Wasp.
