Bohemian Rhapsody Sings its Way to the Top of the Box Office

Despite numerous production problems, audiences still showed up.

Bohemian Rhapsody won the weekend with $50M and globally sits at $141.7M off of a $52M budget.

Second place went to the opening weekend of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms with $20M. With its foreign haul it sits at $58.5M off of an unknown budget.

Nobody’s Fool opened in third place with $14M off of a $19M budget.

Fourth place went to A Star is Born with $11.1M, bringing its domestic total to $165.63M. Globally it sits at $293.93M off of a $36M budget.

Halloween took in $11.01M in the U.S. to land in fifth place. Its domestic total now stands at $150.40M and globally it has hit $229.6M off of a $10M budget.

This week’s releases include The Girl in the Spider’s Web, The Grinch, and Overlord.
