When does a TV cast get too big? buff.ly/2NnI0Oz
To absolutely no one’s surprise, it looks as though the 2018 version of Halloween will be getting a sequel.
It seems that Blumhouse is in talks with Scott Teems who also recently wrote a remake of Firestarter for the studio. It is expected that Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, and Andi Matichak will return to star once again. Not as clear is if director David Gordon Green will be back or co-writer Danny McBride. John Carpenter who worked on the original and provided music for the remake has expressed interest in returning again.
The last film brought in over $253M globally off of a $10M. The fact a sequel hasn’t already been announced is the only surprising part of this story.
