NEVERTHRONERS! To your #got bunkers! This is going to be a rough one!
I was not a fan of the last Godzilla film done here in the U.S., but this sequel is just looking better and better.
I don’t know why it is that U.S. movie studios can’t seem to grasp that when you do a movie about Godzilla or Transformers, it is not about the humans. The humans serve as a doorway into the story, they are not themselves the story. The audience wants to focus on the impossible beasts and robots fighting and nothing more.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters seems to get this formula.
And lets face it, this movie simply looks stunning. I’m actually excited for this moving and I didn’t think that could happen.
Godzilla: Kind of the Monsters hits theaters on May 31.
